"Ukrainian Parliament members accepted the tragic news concerning irreparable tragedy of 30 April 2009 at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in Baku savage reprisal over the innocent people, with deep sorrow", - reads the telegram.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences and words of support to the relatives of the perished and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
